Sandra Bullock, born on July 26, 1964 in Arlington County, Virginia, is an American actress. In her last year of high school, Sandra moved to Manhattan and started auditioning for acting roles, while supporting herself with several part-time jobs. During this time, she took up acting classes and participated in many local productions and low budget independent made-for-TV movies.
After appearing in “Working Girl”, “The Thing Called Love” and “Fire on the Amazon”, she landed a lead role in a movie “Demolition Man”, starring with Sylvester Stallone and Wesley Snipes. Following her roles in “Speed” opposite Keanu Reeves and “Miss Congeniality”, her career quickly escalated bringing her to the top of the Hollywood A-list and allowing her to sign sequels for both earning reportedly $11 and $17.5 million dollars for each movie.
Sandra was later on featured in “The Lake House”, “Infamous” and “Premonition”, all of which were very successful commercially. She literally cemented her presence in Hollywood by receiving her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
